ESTABLISHED CLIENTS

Log in to the client portal to schedule appointments, complete paperwork, access documents and view billing information.

Appointments may be requested, rescheduled and cancelled in the client portal. To request an appointment within 12 hours of the session, you must contact the office via phone or email.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to avoid the cancellation fee.
