Adele Stuckey, MA, LPC, ATR-BC

Founder & Clinical Director, Alexandria Art Therapy, LLC
Board Certified Art Therapist
Licensed Professional Counselor

As an art therapist, Adele understands that making art does not come naturally to everyone. Her role in a session is to help you access your thoughts and feelings in a way that is comfortable for you, including drawing, collage, painting, or any other creative process.

She provides art therapy and counseling services for women trying to juggle it all and want support for fertility, pregnancy and postpartum experiences.

Accessing your creative side in art therapy doesn't require skill; sometimes stick figures are all you need to share your story. Adele creates a space for you to express yourself, cope with challenges, and enjoy the positive effects of a creative practice.

Adele completed training with Postpartum Support International to treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD), including postpartum anxiety depression.
