An alternative approach
Individual art therapy sessions are available for teens and adults who are seeking an alternative approach to the therapy process. In addition to talking, creating art in session provides an outlet for your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Art therapy provides a nonverbal experience in which you can tell your story using images.
