All orders are shipped Monday - Friday within 2 business days of purchase via United States Post Office (USPS).
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is calculated as a flat rate for orders depending on US or International shipping address.
Orders within the United States will be shipped first class mail and include a confirmation number. This number will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
Recipients of international orders are responsible for ALL duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery, when applicable. Once an order is given to a USPS carrier, the item becomes the carrier’s responsibility and Alexandria Art Therapy, LLC is no longer liable. This applies to the possible event that Customs holds your package. Alexandria Art Therapy is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit.
Returns on unused items in original condition are accepted if returned within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping cost back to Alexandria Art Therapy. Please contact Alexandria Art Therapy immediately with any concerns or receipt of incorrect / damaged products. To get a return started email Adele@AlexandriaArtTherapy.com with your order number and reason for return.
Purchases of products by Adele Stuckey or Alexandria Art Therapy at other venues must be returned to the place of purchase.
To cancel an active order, please email Adele@AlexandriaArtTherapy as soon as possible. I cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
