Hello!
I’m Sylvia.
We all need a space to recognize feelings, talk about the people or things you’re struggling with, or just set down what you're carrying for an hour.
I work with kids, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed with anxiety, feel stuck in cycles of depression, or struggle with connection in relationships. Whether it’s self-doubt, repeating negative patterns, or feelings of hopelessness, these challenges can make life feel harder—affecting everything from your day-to-day experiences to your relationships and sense of personal growth.
Therapy can help make sense of limiting self beliefs and disordered patterns that make it difficult to create change. By using art and creative expression, we can explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels safe and meaningful, especially in processing major life events and traumatic experiences. Art helps bring those internal experiences to the surface, giving us the chance to step back and see things from a new perspective.
Together, we’ll work to understand those patterns and find a way forward that feels more hopeful, balanced, and true to who you are.
