Join us for creative rituals, honest conversation, and authentic sharing to discover your inner wisdom and personal desires. Learn how to listen in to that inner voice and practice daily rituals to cultivate an authentically fulfilling life.
Your host Adele Stuckey will guide you through self-exploration using journal prompts, guided meditations, and art making. Women’s Circle gatherings will occur twice per month. Drop in for one session or join all 8 sessions.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is an inclusive experience open to women, people who identify as women, people who previously identified as women and gender binary individuals.
All that is required to participate is curiosity and an open mind.

WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE
Sessions will focus on a variety of self explorative themes, including: releasing fears and manifesting desires, practical self care, discovering personal values, establishing daily wellness practices, and connecting to your inner warrior.

PRICING + PACKAGES
Session fee covers all items to participate, including a visual journal, art materials, and hand selected items for each week’s theme.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
IS THIS A GROUP, WORKSHOP, CLASS, MEETING OR CASUAL GATHERING?
The Women’s Circle is somewhere between a support group gathering and creative workshop. Because the intention of the group is not to treat mental health related needs (rather to support overall wellness and self exploration) it is not considered a therapy group.
IS THE OFFICE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
The office of Alexandria Art Therapy is located in a third floor walk-up office. There is no elevator on site.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations require at least 48 hours to receive credit for your session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will forfeit class credit. Class credit may be rolled over into future Women’s Circle sessions or any creative art workshop hosted at Alexandria Art Therapy.
